Meet Ann Fairbanks APRN, CNP

I have always loved helping people identify their goals and navigate the barriers to achieving them. After more than 40 years supporting patients in the formal health care systems, I am abandoning paper work and limiting structures to focus full-time on client support for lifestyle changes. 

I started as a nurse's aide at the age of 16. After earning my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate, I worked in our local hospital rehabilitation unit. These early years  schooled me deeply in the importance of compassion, care, and a good listening ear for everyone - patients, families, co-workers, etc. I subsequently earned my Master's degree in Nursing and for the past 26 years I have worked as a certified nurse practitioner in the endocrinology department at a large local clinic. Making lifestyle changes was a pivotal action for all of my patients in this clinic. I've been coaching for health for more than 26 years and my patients can attest to my compassionate understanding and support for their goals. 

I've continued my education, as well, exploring both traditional and alternative health care options which helps me help clients navigate a wide variety of support options for their health.
